Job summary

CG Resourcing Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a leading international contractor for a senior 4D planner to integrate time and space on a major stadium project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

You will develop and manage detailed 4D construction schedules using Primavera P6 and Synchro, coordinate with Design, Engineering and BIM teams, and lead a small team of 2 planners while maintaining BIM-enabled 4D models throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in project planning, with at least 4 years in 4D planning.
• Experience on mega construction projects, preferably in the Middle East.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Synchro 4D and strong BIM understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed 4D construction schedules using Primavera P6 and Synchro.
• Collaborate with design, engineering and construction teams to ensure alignment of schedule and model data; manage a team of 2 4D planners.
• Maintain and update 4D models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with project controls standards and reporting requirements.

Job description

My client is a leading international contractor who are currently working on a major and high profile stadium construction project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. They are currently looking to employ and experienced 4D planner who will responsible for integrating time and space into project planning to optimize execution strategies, enhance coordination, and support decision-making across all phases of the project.

• Develop and manage detailed 4D construction schedules using Primavera P6 and Synchro Integrate BIM models with project schedules to create dynamic 4D simulations.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure alignment of schedule and model data. Manage a team of 2 4D planners coordinating the work between Planning team and Design and BIM team.
• Maintain and update 4D models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with project controls standards and reporting requirements.

Candidates should have an engineering degree and Minimum 8+ years of experience in project planning, with at least 4 years in 4D planning. Candidates should have proven experience on mega construction projects, preferably in the Middle East. as well as advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Synchro 4D and strong understanding of BIM processes and construction methodologies
