DAR AL RIYADH is seeking a senior project planner with deep expertise in scheduling, BIM integration, and design coordination for large-scale infrastructure and construction initiatives in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on developing baselines, WBS, and critical paths, while coordinating with design, BIM, engineering, and PMO teams to ensure alignment with project milestones and delivery timelines.

Develop maintain and monitor project schedules from conceptual design through construction and handover Prepare baseline schedules Work Breakdown Structures WBS milestones critical paths and project progress measurement systems Coordinate with design BIM engineering construction and project management teams to ensure alignment of project activities and deliverables Monitor design and construction progress against approved schedules and identify delays slippages and schedule risks Prepare and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and other planning tools Coordinate BIM and design deliverables with the overall project schedule Monitor BIM-related milestones model coordination clash detection design reviews and document deliverables Review design and engineering deliverables to ensure timely completion against project milestones Prepare look-ahead schedules progress reports dashboards and schedule updates for PMO management Analyze schedule impacts resulting from design changes technical issues approvals procurement and construction activities Support development of recovery plans and mitigation strategies for delayed activities Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and resolve schedule and interface issues Participate in planning design coordination progress and project review meetings Support resource planning forecasting and project delivery optimization Maintain accurate planning records and provide regular reports to PMO leadership Promote the effective use of BIM and digital project information to improve planning and project delivery Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.Minimum 15 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, design management, BIM, or related roles within engineering, construction, infrastructure, or major capital projects.Proven experience working with multidisciplinary design and project teams.Strong experience in project planning and scheduling using Primavera P6.Experience with BIM software, particularly Revit, AutoCAD, or similar platforms.Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and BIM Execution Plans.Good knowledge of BIM processes, including clash detection, model coordination, design coordination, and document control.Strong understanding of design principles and engineering processes.Experience integrating design and BIM deliverables into project schedules and project controls.Familiarity with the complete project lifecycle from conceptual design through detailed design, construction, commissioning, and handover.Good understanding of how BIM and digital technologies can improve project planning, coordination, and delivery.Strong knowledge of WBS, critical path analysis, baseline management, progress measurement, schedule analysis, and delay monitoring.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for project tracking and reporting.Excellent analytical, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working within a PMO, PMC, engineering consultancy, or major construction organization is preferred.Saudi Arabia/GCC project experience is preferred.
