Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support sellers in managing daily marketplace operations and meeting customer expectations.
• Communicate with sellers, provide guidance and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor seller performance, identify improvements, and support KPI achievement.
• Assist sellers in understanding processes, new projects, and requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve seller-related issues.
• Support initiatives to improve ticket resolution, on-time shipment, and delivery performance.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated strong Seller Operations Graduate strong to join our growing team at Trendyol in Riyadh In this role you will support our sellers in their daily operations help improve their performance and contribute to delivering an excellent marketplace experience You will work closely with internal teams and sellers to resolve operational challenges improve processes and support business growth

Key Responsibilities

• Support sellers in managing their daily marketplace operations and meeting customer expectations
• Communicate regularly with sellers providing guidance and resolving operational issues
• Monitor seller performance identify improvement opportunities and support the achievement of key performance indicators KPIs
• Assist sellers in understanding marketplace processes new projects and operational requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams including Category Management Customer Experience and logistics partners to resolve seller-related issues
• Support initiatives focused on improving ticket resolution same-day shipment and delivery performance
• Analyze operational data to identify trends challenges and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications & Requirements

Recent graduate in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
