JOB OVERVIEW
The Security Supervisoris responsible foroverseeing day-to-day security operations at FAENA, ensuring the safety of guests, employees, and resort assets. The role supervises security officers, monitors patrols and surveillance systems, responds to incidents, and enforces safety procedures whilemaintaininga discreet, professional approach aligned with ultra-luxury hospitality standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise daily security operations across assigned resort areas.
Lead andmonitorsecurity officers during patrols, shifts, and post assignments.
Ensureall access points, entrances, and restricted areas are properly controlled.
Monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, and security equipment to detect and respond to incidents.
Respond promptly to security incidents, disturbances, and emergencies.
Report and document incidents accurately and escalat issues to the Security Manager when necessary.
Conduct regular inspections of resort premises to identify safety or security risks.
Enforce resort security policies, procedures, and access control standards.
Assistin managing VIP guest security arrangements whenrequired.
Support crowd control and safety measures during events, peak periods, and special operations.
Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, Housekeeping, and other departments for operational security needs.
Ensure proper handover between shifts andmaintainaccuratelogbook records.
Conduct toolbox talks and briefings for security staff at the start of shifts.
Ensure all security personnel are properly groomed, trained, and following standards.
Assistin emergency response situations, including evacuations and drills.
Monitor contractor, vendor, and visitor access to ensure compliance with security procedures.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all guest and operational matters.
QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED
High school diplomarequired; diploma or degree in Security Management, Criminology, or related field preferred.
3–5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in hospitality, luxury hotels, or large-scale resorts.
Prior experience in a supervisory security role is highly preferred.
Basic certifications in first aid, fire safety, or emergency response are an advantage.
Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, and security procedures.
Familiarity with local safety regulations and compliance standards.
Proficiencyin English;additionallanguages are an advantage.
