Overview

We’re looking for one strong, hands‑on Security Supervisor who is ready to lead from the front. In this role, you will support the Security Management team by overseeing daily security operations, maintaining safety standards, and guiding security officers to protect our people, guests, and property.

This role is about presence, accountability, and execution. You will be actively involved on the ground, ensuring procedures are followed, standards are upheld, and operations run smoothly, while helping maintain a safe and welcoming hotel environment.

Day‑to‑Day

• Supporting the monitoring and upkeep of all security equipment, ensuring timely follow‑up and reporting.
• Observing hotel operations and reporting water leakages or unnecessary electricity usage to the relevant departments to help reduce wastage.
• Conducting inspections of colleagues’ cars and other vehicles when required, ensuring compliance and that no prohibited or stolen items are present.
• Participating in colleague engagement activities when required, such as sports events, workshops, and internal initiatives.
• Investigating and reporting reasons for security officers reporting late for duty and supporting corrective actions.
• Monitoring punctuality and attendance during assigned shifts and preparing the required reports.
• Supporting security officers with self‑assessments and personal development documentation when requested.
• Assisting with duty rosters to ensure adequate coverage across all shifts.
• Acting as a point of support during daily operations and assisting with incident handling and escalation.

Requirements

• High school education.
• Fluency in Arabic is required. Knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests, colleagues, and third parties.
• Good organizational and reporting skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to supervise, support, and guide security officers during shifts.
• Experience supporting duty rosters or shift planning is preferred.
