Job summary

AccorHotel Medina is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee daily operations across resort areas, lead patrols, and ensure access control at entrances and restricted zones.

You will monitor CCTV and alarm systems, respond to incidents, coordinate with Front Office, Engineering and Housekeeping, and manage VIP guest security when required. A high school diploma is required; 1–3 years in hospitality security with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Oversee daily security operations across resort areas.
• Lead and monitor security officers during patrols, shifts and post assignments.
• Ensure access points, entrances and restricted areas are controlled.
• Monitor CCTV, alarm systems and security equipment to detect incidents.
• Respond to security incidents, disturbances and emergencies promptly.
• Report and document incidents accurately; escalate to Security Manager when needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of resort premises for risks.
• Enforce security policies, procedures and access control standards.
• Assist in managing VIP guest security arrangements when required.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, Housekeeping and others for security needs.
• Ensure proper handover between shifts and maintain logs.
• Conduct toolbox talks and briefings for security staff at start of shifts.
• Ensure grooming and compliance of security personnel.
• Assist in emergency responses including evacuations and drills.
• Monitor contractor, vendor and visitor access for compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all guest and operational matters.

High school diploma required; diploma or degree in Security Management, Criminology, or related field preferred. 1 3 years of experience in security operations, preferably in hospitality, luxury hotels, or large-scale resorts. Prior experience in a supervisory security role is highly preferred. Basic certifications in first aid, fire safety, or emergency response are an advantage. Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, and security procedures. Familiarity with local safety regulations and compliance standards.
