Job summary

Help AG, an e& enterprise company, is seeking a talented cybersecurity consultant with hands-on experience in implementing and managing security solutions across DLP, PAM, proxies, or MDM. You will protect critical infrastructure and support regulatory compliance.

You will design, deploy, and optimize security controls, respond to incidents, work with IT teams, and produce detailed reports. Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years in the field are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on cybersecurity implementation and management.
• Expertise in at least 3 of DLP, Sandboxing, PAM, Proxy, and MDM.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and best practices (ISO 27001, NIST).
• Experience with incident response and threat hunting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support cybersecurity solutions aligned with organizational requirements.
• Implement and manage security technologies from vendors listed (Symantec, Fortinet, Cerebra, Trellix, A10, Infoblox, Getvisibility, CyberArk).
• Analyze and respond to security incidents, providing actionable mitigation guidance.
• Configure and manage advanced security tools such as DLP, sandbox environments, PAM, web proxies, and MDM platforms.
• Customize policies and workflows to meet operational and compliance needs.
• Collaborate with IT teams to align security initiatives with business goals.
• Provide expert advice on cybersecurity strategies and best practices to minimize risk.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of security configurations, incident response procedures, and audits.
• Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, root cause analysis, and remediation steps.

• Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Proxy solutions

The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to protect critical infrastructure, enhance security protocols, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
