Job summary

Kerten Hospitality is seeking a Security Guard for Kaynuna Beach Escape in Yanbu. The role requires guarding guests, staff, and property, patrolling premises, and managing access controls with vigilance and professionalism.

You will work on-site, coordinate with the Security Supervisor, and engage with guests in a courteous manner while maintaining safety protocols and incident reporting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of security procedures and safety regulations.
• Good observation and attention to detail.
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment.
• Physically fit and able to conduct regular patrols.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property at all times.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access points, reporting any suspicious activity.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises, including restricted areas.
• Control access to the property and verify identification of visitors when required.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and disturbances, following established procedures.
• Report security incidents, hazards, and maintenance issues accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support the Security Supervisor in maintaining security procedures and protocols.
• Provide a visible security presence to deter potential risks.
• Assist guests and staff with safety-related queries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
