Miraval The Red Sea seeks a Security Manager to lead hotel safety and security operations, reporting to the Resort Manager. You will develop, implement, and monitor procedures to protect guests, staff, and assets, including fire safety and emergency readiness.

Strong leadership, operational and administrative skills are required, with experience managing multicultural teams and knowledge of security systems aligned with Hyatt International standards.

Formación

• Professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of work experience as a Security Manager or Assistant Security Manager in a larger hotel or resort operation.
• Strong practical, operational, and administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership abilities and experience managing multicultural teams.
• Knowledge of fire safety regulations, security systems, and emergency preparedness.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive security issues.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Security Manager to join our team and contribute to creating the most secure and welcoming environment for our guests and colleagues. Reporting to the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the hotel’s safety and security procedures. Your role will be vital in ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and assets, including managing fire safety protocols and employee protection, all while upholding Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards.
