Job summary

Miraval The Red Sea in Saudi Arabia is seeking a passionate Team Leader – Food & Beverage to support daily dining operations and uphold the Miraval brand standards. You will supervise service teams, coach staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Arabic fluency is required to engage with local guests; English proficiency is also important. The role offers opportunities for growth within a luxury hospitality environment and access to Hyatt colleague benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a food & beverage role within a luxury hotel, resort, or fine-dining outlet.
• Proven leadership ability in a team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in Arabic is required.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A positive attitude, with a passion for guest service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily supervision of F&B colleagues during service operations.
• Ensure exceptional guest service by coaching team members and leading by example.
• Handle guest requests and feedback in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Ensure service areas are clean, well-stocked, and prepared for smooth operations.
• Support team scheduling, shift briefings, and operational checklists.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times.
• Act as a liaison between the service team and management.

Position Overview:
