Job summary

Miraval The Red Sea in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Security Manager to lead safety and security operations for guests and colleagues. You will develop, implement, and monitor procedures, oversee fire safety protocols, and protect assets in line with Hyatt International standards.

You will manage a multicultural team, conduct regular security audits, and coordinate emergency response training to ensure a secure, welcoming environment across the resort as it opens.

Qualifications

• Professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security is preferred.
• Strong leadership and administrative skills are essential.
• Ability to manage sensitive security issues with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor safety and security procedures for the hotel.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and protect employees and assets.
• Oversee all security operations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Establish and conduct emergency protocols and staff training.
• Maintain high security standards to prevent theft, loss, and damage.
• Collaborate with senior management to align safety measures with Hyatt standards.
• Regularly perform security audits to improve procedures.
