Al Rugaib Holding Company is seeking reliable Security Guards to join our contracting and construction operations. You will protect company sites, materials, and equipment, control access, and support safety and emergency procedures.

The role requires vigilance, shift work, and clear communication to maintain secure facilities and respond to incidents promptly.

Qualifications

• High school certificate or equivalent.
• Security guard training or licence is an advantage.
• Previous experience in site or facility security is preferred.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in shifts.
• Good communication skills and a disciplined attitude.

Responsibilities

• Control access to the site and verify identity and permits of workers, visitors and vehicles.
• Record all entries and exits of personnel, vehicles, materials and equipment.
• Conduct regular patrols of the site, stores and equipment areas.
• Report any theft, damage, unsafe condition or suspicious activity immediately.
• Support emergency response and evacuation procedures.
• Maintain the security log book and hand over properly at shift change.
