• Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property at all times
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access points, reporting any suspicious activity
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises, including restricted areas
• Control access to the property and verify identification of visitors when required
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and disturbances following established procedures
• Report security incidents, hazards, and maintenance issues accurately and in a timely manner
• Support the Security Supervisor in maintaining security procedures and protocols
• Provide a visible security presence to deter potential risks
• Assist guests and staff with safety‑related queries in a professional and courteous manner
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
