Job summary

Dar Wa Emaar is seeking a dedicated HSE professional to implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies across construction sites and facilities in Riyadh. You will oversee contractors, inspect work areas, enforce PPE use, and support emergency procedures.

The role requires a Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety and 1–5 years of experience on construction sites. You will track corrective actions, document incidents, and contribute to a strong safety culture on projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-5 years of experience on construction sites with contractors/subcontractors.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Implement and monitor company HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards across assigned projects and facilities.
• Monitor contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure adherence to approved safety procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify unsafe acts, conditions, and potential hazards.

Site Safety Management

• Monitor construction activities to ensure safe working practices are followed.
• Inspect work areas, equipment, tools, scaffolding, lifting operations, excavation works, electrical installations, and other high-risk activities.
• Ensure appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is being used correctly.
• Support the implementation of emergency response and evacuation procedures.
• Assist in investigating accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
• Prepare incident reports and support root-cause analysis.
• Track corrective actions and ensure they are closed within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, observations, and corrective actions.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports as required.
• Provide management with regular updates regarding project safety performance and areas requiring attention.
