Job summary

Check Point Software is seeking a Manager Security Engineering in Saudi Arabia to build and lead a dynamic Sales Engineering team focused on promoting and selling Check Point solutions. You will drive revenue growth through leadership, presales expertise, and strong customer/partner relationships.

The role requires deep cybersecurity product knowledge (Check Point preferred), excellent communication, and a track record of coaching teams.

Job Description

As a Manager Security Engineering at Check Point you will be responsible for building and leading a dynamic Sales Engineer team focused on promoting and selling Check Point solutions. The role requires a strong technical understanding of cybersecurity products (Check Point Products preferred), excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in presales. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building customer and partner relationships, and ensuring the team meets exceeds sales targets.

• Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, coach and motivate a team of IT security engineers
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve individual and team goals
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture
• Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and implement effective technical strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and support on new business opportunities
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market changes and cyber security technology
• Customer/Partner Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with your Sales Representative to key customers and partners to to understand customers/partners needs and tailor your cyber solutions to meet those needs
  • Ensure high level of customer/partner satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

• Bachelor`s degree in Business, Sales or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Ability to adapt to challenges while remaining calm in a constantly changing and emerging cybersecurity environment
• Proven leadership in sales and account acquisition
• Goods skills of talent management, coaching and supervising
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• In In-depth knowledge of IT security products and services, Cloud and SASE
• Ability to develop and implement effective technical solutions and strategies
• Business acumen and process driven
• Experience in customer and partner relationship management and business development
• Fluent English and Arabic language
• Willingness to travel
• You can work remotely, with regular visits of the office by demand
• Performance Monitoring:
  • Track and analyze technical performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement measures to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance to SE Director
• Coaching and Development:
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching to your team on best practices and effective working techniques
  • Identify skills gaps and implement training programs to address them
