Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA a plus.
• Proven leadership in sales and account acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of IT security products, cloud and SASE.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, coach and motivate a team of IT security engineers.
• Develop and implement technical strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sales representatives, customers and partners.
• Track and present team performance metrics to the SE Director.
