Job summary

Penspen is seeking a Scheduling/Planning Engineer in Saudi Arabia, Eastern Province. The successful candidate will manage the project controls team and provide support to the Project Management team.

The role includes reviewing early-stage deliverables for cost, schedule, and risk. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent, alongside substantial experience in project controls and planning.

Qualifications

• Eight years' experience preferred.
• Twelve years' experience for alternative qualification.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent closely related field

Diploma or equivalent with a Certificate from a recognized agency in Planning and Scheduling

Job description

Scheduling/Planning Engineer – responsible for management of the project controls team deployed on various projects and providing project control support to the Project Management team. The role also reviews early‑stage deliverables (FEL1 and FEL2) for cost, schedule and risk, produced by the KJO front‑end development department.

Knowledge/Experience (Skills)

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent closely related field.
• Education: Diploma or equivalent with a Certificate from a recognized agency in Planning and Scheduling.

Years Of Experience

• Alternative (I): Eight (8) Years.
• Alternative (II): Twelve (12) Years.
