Job summary

Sisco Jobs, on behalf of a client in Saudi Arabia, seeks a Civil Site Engineer / Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee civil works and scaffold operations on site. You will ensure drawings and specs are followed, supervision of erection, modification and dismantling of scaffolding, and strict adherence to safety rules.

2–3 years of hands-on experience in Saudi Arabia, civil engineering qualification, and strong coordination with project teams are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on Civil Engineering site supervision experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in scaffolding safety supervision and on-site workforce management.
• Knowledge of Saudi construction safety regulations compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily civil construction activities per drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Supervise scaffolding erection, modification, inspection and dismantling.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi safety regulations and engineering practices.
• Direct laborers, foremen, and technicians to maintain productivity and discipline.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and monitor material use.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors on site activities.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day site execution and workforce issues.
