Qualifications

• Proven experience operating and monitoring SCADA systems in industrial or infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of Human-Machine Interface (HMI) platforms and industrial control systems.
• Demonstrated experience with project management office functions, including scheduling, documentation, and resource coordination.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret complex operational metrics.
• Familiarity with urban infrastructure systems, smart city technologies, or similar large-scale projects.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming or industrial automation is preferred.
• Experience in project coordination within the utilities, infrastructure, or urban planning sectors is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, or similar frameworks) is preferred.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards in industrial operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate SCADA systems to ensure continuous and reliable performance of urban infrastructure controls and data acquisition processes.
• Analyze real-time system data and generate comprehensive reports on operational metrics, anomalies, and system performance.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure SCADA system implementations align with project schedules and deliverables.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system operations, maintenance activities, and project milestones in accordance with PMO standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and elevate complex problems to appropriate technical teams while maintaining operational continuity.
• Support project planning activities by providing technical input on SCADA requirements and implementation timelines.
• Organise and track project resources, schedules, and budgets related to SCADA and urban infrastructure initiatives.
• Conduct regular system audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to operational and project management protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, planners, and stakeholders to optimise system performance and project outcomes.
• Prepare status reports and presentations for project stakeholders and management on operational and project progress.
