Job summary

BD is seeking an Account Manager to promote Pharmacy Automation and drive revenue growth across the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. You will develop strategic customer relationships, identify opportunities, manage key accounts, and deliver sustainable growth through a customer-centric approach.

A key objective is to expand Pharmacy Automation within MOH by building stakeholder relationships, identifying opportunities, and supporting adoption of BD solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience with a track record of performance.
• Experience in key/strategic account development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities for Pharmacy Automation within assigned accounts.
• Drive MOH growth by building relationships with key stakeholders and identifying opportunities.
• Engage MOH decision-makers to expand market presence and drive objectives.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and solution-design teams to develop opportunities.
• Develop territory and account plans aligned with regional sales strategies.
• Achieve agreed annual sales, revenue and growth targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and decision-makers.
• Manage multi-account agreements and negotiations.
• Convert opportunities into profitable business outcomes.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting and CRM records.
• Collaborate across functions to deliver customer solutions and growth.
