Job summary

Galderma seeks a senior Market Access leader to own the national access, pricing and reimbursement strategy for the Saudi portfolio, working across payer, policy and clinical stakeholders. You will design innovative access models and build evidence to support pricing in alignment with Vision 2030 and regional governance.

With 12+ years in pharma market access in Saudi Arabia, you will lead end-to-end institutional tenders, negotiate with SFDA and MOH, and drive post-launch access in government

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Health Economics or a related field is required.
• 5+ years in market access, pricing or institutional business in Saudi Arabia at national level.
• Proven track record with SFDA pricing, NUPCO and MOH tenders, formulary and payer negotiations.
• Immunology, specialty, oncology, rare disease or biologics experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead national market access strategy and pricing for the Saudi portfolio, aligning with regional governance and Vision 2030 objectives.
• Map stakeholders, shape disease awareness and value narratives; coordinate with Regulatory Affairs for SFDA submissions.
• Drive post-launch access optimization, including formulary listings and insurer inclusion; manage price reviews and lifecycle planning.
• Own national tender strategy end-to-end for NUPCO and institutional purchases; ensure localisation commitments are integrated.
• Lead HEOR initiatives with local data partnerships to support access decisions and payer negotiations.
• Build trusted relationships with SFDA, MOH, health clusters, and private payers; monitor policy changes and mitigate access barriers.
