Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks an Access Engagement & HTA Head to lead market access strategies for Innovative Medicine. You will align HTA, policy and value dialogue with evolving Saudi healthcare models, coordinating with HEMAR, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams to shape portfolio access.

Reporting to the Market Access Director, you will build stakeholder relationships with MoH, CHI and CNHI, develop national access plans, and advance innovative access solutions, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences or health economics.
• 6–10+ years in pharma/healthcare with market access experience; KSA preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Shape HTA and policy engagement strategies aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
• Lead HTA/EES strategy with local epidemiology and economic models.
• Build strategic relationships with MOH, CNHI/CHTA and CHI.
• Translate external developments into actionable access plans and launches.
