Job summary

Galderma in Saudi Arabia seeks a senior Market Access leader to own the national access, pricing and reimbursement strategy for the Saudi portfolio, aligning with Vision 2030 and regional pricing governance.

You will map stakeholders, lead pre-launch and post-launch access work, manage national tenders (NUPCO) and payer negotiations with SFDA, ensuring timely market access and sustainable profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field with 12+ years in pharma/biopharma.
• Experience with SFDA pricing, NUPCO and MOH tenders, formulary and P&T processes.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Lead national market access, pricing and reimbursement strategy for Saudi portfolio.
• Shape pre-launch and post-launch access plans with stakeholders.
• Own institutional tenders, contracts and listing in health systems.
• Lead HEOR initiatives and payer negotiations.
