Job summary

Proven SA seeks a Country Manager/GM to own P&L and lead the IT and cybersecurity business in Saudi Arabia. You will drive revenue growth, establish a high-performing local organization, and build strategic vendor networks.

This role requires hands-on leadership, direct account development with enterprise and government clients, and alignment with Saudization and regulatory requirements. You will report to regional leadership and collaborate with HQ for market expansion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of IT or Cybersecurity Sales & Management experience.
• 3+ years in a senior leadership or country management role.
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity and ICT trends, vendors, technologies, and market trends.
• Strong understanding of channel sales, value-added distribution, and partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Saudi Arabia business strategy aligned with group goals.
• Lead and develop a high-performing cross-functional team across sales, services, and operations.
• Manage governance, regulatory compliance, and Saudization/localization initiatives.
• Build and maintain strategic vendor relationships and expand partner networks.
• Close large enterprise and government deals with direct revenue generation.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration

BSC in IT

MBA preferred
