Job summary

Zohorecruit seeks a Country Manager/GM for Saudi Arabia to own P&L and scale the IT and cybersecurity business. The role demands hands-on leadership, direct revenue generation, and strong relationships with enterprise and government accounts, with a focus on market expansion and local regulatory compliance.

You will build a high‑performing local team, lead strategic channel and vendor relationships, and drive annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting to achieve growth in line with Vision 2030

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or IT-related field required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years in IT or Cybersecurity Sales & Management; 3+ years in senior leadership or country management.
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity, ICT trends, vendors and market dynamics.
• Strong channel sales, VAR/ distributor experience and partner ecosystem understanding.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Saudi Arabia business strategy aligned with regional/global objectives.
• Lead and mentor a high‑performing KSA team across Sales, Services, and Operations.
• Close large, strategic deals with enterprise and government accounts; drive revenue growth.
• Oversee channel partner network, vendor relationships, and go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and Saudization/localization in line with KSA laws.
