Qualifications

• 5–8 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or technology sectors is preferred.
• High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR operations including onboarding and performance tracking.
• Manage payroll compliance and employee documentation processes.
• Act as the primary HR contact for employees and leadership.
