Job summary

Siemens Energy in Saudi Arabia invites a Government Affairs Specialist to join the team. The role supports the Senior Director Government Affairs in strategic activities, engaging with ministries, regulators, and public institutions to advance priority topics in energy, grid investment, localization, and policy influence.

You will develop stakeholder maps, briefings, and engagement materials, while tracking commitments and ensuring timely follow-ups in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in relevant field; 2–4 years in Government Affairs or related field.
• Understanding of Saudi government structures and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong research and analytical skills; translate complex data into insights.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Director in implementing the Government Affairs strategy.
• Build relationships with Saudi ministries, regulators, public institutions, and industry groups.
• Prepare stakeholder maps, engagement plans, meeting briefs, and speaking points.
• Document and follow up on actions; prepare minutes of meetings.
• Monitor political and regulatory developments in Saudi Arabia and translate into insights.
• Support opportunities through stakeholder research and government coordination.
• Coordinate internal inputs to ensure aligned external messaging.
• Prepare political updates and status reports; maintain trackers.
