You will apply strong business and sales acumen, knowledge of Apple products, and understanding of SMB trends to identify opportunities, present suitable solutions, and support the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Formación

• Availability to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Experience in retail or sales.
• Extensive business solutions experience with Apple products and services.
• Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and engage business customers by showcasing Apple technology and solutions.
• Proactively provide excellent customer service and identify customer needs.
• Serve as go-to expert on business solutions and mentor teammates.
• Collaborate in sessions, briefings, and events to tailor offerings for business needs.
• Forecast business performance through account management and pipeline development using CRM and other tools.
• Ensure compliance with Retail Business programs and policies.
