Job summary

State Street Saudi Arabia Financial Services (SSSAFS) is seeking an experienced Compliance professional and MLRO to lead the compliance and financial crimes programmes, provide advisory support to the business units, and ensure CMA regulatory compliance for CMA rules and products.

The ideal candidate will have extensive CMA knowledge, CME1 and CME2 certifications, and 8+ years of related experience including staff management, with strong cross-border coordination and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CMA CME 1 and CME 2 certifications required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience including people management.
• Experience with CMA regulatory requirements and capital market products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assessment of Compliance and Financial Crimes risks.
• Execute CMA regulatory oversight programme for CMA rules.
• Provide advisory support to the SSSAFS business and close issues promptly.
• Represent Compliance and Financial Crimes in governance committees.
• Produce senior management reports on risk opinions and programme delivery.
• Identify training needs and implement Compliance and Financial Crimes training.
• Maintain the local policy framework and align with regional/global policies.
• Monitor regulatory updates and contribute to the GRCM process.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives with regulatory risk expertise.
• Foster relationships with CMA for inspections, licenses, and reporting.
