Job summary

State Street Corporation in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Compliance professional and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) to manage the SSSAFS Compliance and Financial Crimes programmes. The role requires Saudi national status and strong CMA regulatory knowledge, with experience in international capital markets preferred.

The MLRO will lead risk assessments, advise management on regulatory matters, and drive compliance initiatives across SSSAFS.

Qualifications

• CMA CMA CME 1 and CME 2 certificates are a must have.
• 8+ years of related experience including managing staff.
• Working knowledge of CMA regulatory requirements and SSSAFS products.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assessment of Compliance and Financial Crimes risks.
• Oversee regulatory compliance for CMA rules and SSSAFS requirements.
• Provide advisory support on regulatory queries and ensure timely closure of issues.
• Lead governance discussions and deliver written risk and compliance reports.
• Coordinate with other locations to maintain policy consistency.
• Identify training needs and oversee training for staff.
