Job summary

Jobgether partners with a company seeking a freelance HR Consultant based in Saudi Arabia. This fully remote, hourly role combines talent acquisition with hands-on people operations for internal and client staffing projects.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboard/offboard, HR policies, and employee engagement in a remote-first environment, supporting distributed teams and ensuring compliance across contracts and NDAs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional HR experience, with strength in recruitment and HR administration.
• Experience managing talent acquisition for corporate clients, agencies, technology organizations, or similarly fast-moving environments.
• Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for internal roles and external staffing.
• Develop remote-first HR policies, onboarding workflows, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee and freelancer records, ensuring contracts, NDAs, compliance documentation, and related HR files.
• Support employee engagement and performance management through regular check-ins and conflict resolution.
• Administer payroll inputs and leave tracking; serve as a key HR contact for internal teams and freelancers.
• Identify recruitment bottlenecks and operational challenges; recommend practical improvements.
• Manage multiple HR initiatives independently while coordinating with distributed stakeholders.
