Job summary

A leading beauty retailer in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end Supply Chain operations. The successful candidate will optimize inventory levels, manage replenishment strategies, and supervise local warehouses to improve efficiency. With at least 7 years of experience managing Supply Chain operations, particularly in the Middle East and retail sectors, the ideal candidate will lead a team and work closely with the Dubai HO. Fluency in English is required, and Arabic language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience managing Supply Chain operations.
• Experience in Middle East and KSA preferred.
• Experience in Retail, Cosmetics, Pharma or FMCG preferred.
• Expertise in Demand & Supply Planning.
• Ability to manage teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead Supply Chain operations to maximize product availability.
• Manage replenishment strategy for stores and e-commerce.
• Improve last mile solutions for efficiency.
• Supervise local warehouses and Enhance quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with retail teams for demand insights.
• Supervise exit strategies for overstock and discontinued items.
• Define and monitor KPIs for operational performance.
• Collaborate with Dubai HO on Sales & Operations Planning.
• Lead a team of 7 professionals.
