Job summary

Barqsystems is seeking an experienced SAP Lead Consultant/Solution Architect in Riyadh to design and steer SAP across FI/FM, MM, Ariba, SuccessFactors and S/4HANA implementations.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, align SAP architecture with business goals, ensure secure, scalable integration, and guide ongoing upgrades and migrations within enterprise IT strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• SAP certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP architecture and system integration.

Lead the design, implementation, integration, and optimization of SAP solutions in alignment with business requirements and enterprise IT strategy. The role is responsible for ensuring effective integration across SAP functional and technical modules while providing technical leadership to SAP consultants and development teams.

• Support SAP implementation, enhancement, upgrade, migration, and transformation projects.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration initiatives.
• Review Functional and Technical Specifications.
• Ensure SAP solutions comply with organizational security, governance, and architecture standards.
• Provide technical and functional guidance to project teams and business stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, technical dependencies, and integration issues.
• Support system testing, UAT, Go-Live, and post-Go-Live activities.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Applications, Database, and Integration teams.
• Review existing SAP environments and recommend performance and process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

SAP certification is preferred.

Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, business processes, and system integration.

Experience

Minimum 5+ years of relevant SAP experience.

Previous experience in SAP implementation, integration, or solution design.

Experience in a Lead Consultant or Solution Architect role is preferred.

SAP S/4HANA experience is highly preferred.
