Job summary

Red Sea Global seeks an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to optimize core HR processes across Employee Central. You will configure core HR, organizational management, and data models while collaborating with HR stakeholders and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and compliant processes.

Responsibilities include incident resolution, mass data maintenance, and EC integrations have a focus on data integrity and system adoption across the Saudi HR landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and related HR processes preferred.
• Knowledge of Saudi localization (GOSI, regional HR requirements) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary offshore EC functional consultant supporting core HR processes across Employee Central.
• Configure and support EC modules including Core HR, Organizational Management, Position Management, Job Structures, and Workforce Data.
• Handle L2/L3 incidents and service requests with root-cause analysis and long-term fixes.
• Manage data models (Corporate, Country-Specific, Foundation Objects, MDF).
• Support EC business rules, workflows, alerts, and validations per HR policies.
• Conduct end-to-end testing for enhancements and releases.
