Job summary

hudsonmanpower seeks an experienced System Administrator with SAP and IT background to support Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies and project execution activities. You will manage maintenance data, support SAP-related activities, and prepare reports and presentations for project stakeholders.

Collaborate with Reliability, Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and complete project records.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in System Administration, SAP, IT Support, or related fields.
Hands-on experience with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and maintenance related data management.

Responsibilities

Support RCM workshops and reliability studies by managing equipment and maintenance data.
Extract, analyze, and validate equipment information, maintenance history and master data from SAP.
Coordinate collection, organization, and maintenance of project documentation and databases.
Prepare professional reports, dashboards, and project deliverables for management and stakeholders.
Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations for workshops, progress reviews, and executive presentations.
Provide general IT support related to project execution, data handling, and digital tools.
