Talaat Moustafa Group Saudi is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage monthly payroll accurately in alignment with Saudi labor regulations. You will process through SAP, maintain payroll data, and collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll inquiries and ensure compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years of payroll experience, excellent attention to detail, and English fluency with Arabic preferred. SAP expertise is essential for timely payroll cycles and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Hands-on experience with SAP payroll system.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and Saudi labor regulations.
• Fluency in English; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
• Review payroll inputs including basic salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, and attendance.
• Process and manage payroll through the SAP system.
• Maintain and update employee payroll data in SAP Payroll / SAP HCM.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance on payroll matters.
• Handle employee inquiries related to salaries and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and GOSI
• Support audits with payroll reports and documentation.
