Job summary

Next Ventures seeks an experienced SAP MRO Lead to join a major Saudi manufacturing transformation, driving the MRO workstream within the S/4HANA programme. You will partner with business stakeholders and SAP teams to design and implement MRO, asset management, and integration across PM/EAM, MM, PP, QM, Finance and Logistics.

The role demands seniority, strong workshop facilitation, data migration support, and risk management in a multi-site environment. Onsite in Saudi Arabia with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Lead SAP MRO / SAP EAM / SAP PM programmes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA in manufacturing, aerospace, defence or heavy engineering.
• Strong knowledge of MRO, repair and asset management processes.
• Experience across complex, multi-site SAP implementations or transformations.
• Strong integration knowledge with MRO/EAM and MM, PP, QM, Finance and Logistics.
• Experience leading workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Strong programme delivery and stakeholder management skills.
• Saudi Arabia or GCC experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP MRO workstream across the S/4HANA programme.
• Own the design and implementation of MRO processes across maintenance, repair, overhaul and asset management.
• Translate business requirements into SAP solutions with business teams.
• Lead design, configuration, testing, integration and deployment activities.
• Ensure MRO alignment with SAP PM/EAM, MM, PP, QM, Finance and Logistics.
• Drive workshops with stakeholders and provide functional leadership.
• Support data migration, cutover and go-live activities.
• Manage MRO-related risks, issues, dependencies and deliverables.
• Work with SI and internal SAP teams to meet programme standards.
• Provide guidance to consultants and process owners.
