Job summary

Exiga Solutions in Riyadh seeks an experienced SAP Logistics Architect with MM to lead functional architecture and delivery for SAP logistics initiatives. You will translate business requirements into actionable deliverables and liaise between the customer and the CAS Delivery Team.

You will guide SAP MM, Inventory Management, and procurement architecture, ensuring alignment with SLAs and SAP best practices across end-to-end processes. Hybrid onsite work in Riyadh is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP MM, Inventory Management, and Procurement.
• Experience as a Logistics Architect, SAP MM Architect, or Functional Architecture Consultant.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Materials Management and end-to-end procurement processes.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics business processes.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear functional deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary functional interface between the customer and the CAS Delivery Team.
• Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements and translate them into functional deliverables.
• Provide functional guidance and architectural direction across SAP Logistics and MM processes.
• Coordinate with the CAS Delivery Team to prioritize and deliver service requests.
• Bridge communication between stakeholders and delivery teams to align requirements and solutions.
• Ensure deliverables and SLAs are met and aligned with SAP best practices.
• Review requirements and proposed solutions for business objectives alignment.
• Support issue resolution and decision-making throughout the engagement.
• Maintain updates on progress, risks, and dependencies for stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of logistics processes and service delivery.

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced SAP Logistics Architect with MM to provide functional architecture, stakeholder management, and delivery coordination for SAP logistics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP MM, Inventory Management, Procurement, and logistics architecture, with the ability to translate customer business requirements into clear and actionable functional deliverables.

The successful candidate will act as the primary interface between the customer and the CAS Delivery Team, ensuring that service requests and functional deliverables are completed according to business expectations and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary functional interface between the customer and the CAS Delivery Team


• Gather, analyze, and document customer business requirements and translate them into clear functional deliverables


• Provide functional guidance and architectural direction across SAP Logistics and Materials Management processes


• Work closely with the CAS Delivery Team to ensure customer service requests are understood, prioritized, and delivered effectively


• Bridge communication between customer stakeholders and the delivery team to ensure alignment on requirements and solutions


• Ensure functional deliverables and service requests are completed in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)


• Review requirements and proposed solutions to ensure they align with SAP best practices and business objectives


• Support issue resolution, requirement clarification, and functional decision-making throughout the engagement


• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide timely updates on delivery progress, risks, and dependencies


• Support continuous improvement of logistics processes and service delivery

Required Skills

• 8+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP MM, Inventory Management, and Procurement


• Proven experience working as a Logistics Architect, SAP MM Architect, or Functional Architecture Consultant


• Strong understanding of SAP Materials Management and end-to-end procurement processes


• Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistics business processes


• Ability to translate complex customer business requirements into clear functional solutions and deliverables


• Experience acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and technical/delivery teams


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities


• Strong understanding of SAP functional architecture and solution delivery principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise SAP landscapes and large-scale customer engagements


• Experience managing service requests and functional delivery within SLA-driven environments


• Strong knowledge of SAP integration with other logistics and business functions


• Experience working with distributed or offshore delivery teams will be an advantage


• Industry-specific experience is not mandatory


• Candidates available to join immediately or on short notice will be preferred
