Job summary

Müller’s Solutions is seeking an Infrastructure Lead to guide the SAP infrastructure team in design, maintenance, and scalability of core systems. You will mentor staff, implement robust processes, and ensure service quality across diverse technology domains.

The role demands strong LAN/WAN knowledge, certifications such as CCNP/CCNA, and fluency in Arabic and English. On-site leadership in Riyadh, with collaboration across engineering and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, or related field.
• CCNP or CCNA certification required.
• ITIL v3 is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership to Infrastructure Services team.
• Design, construct, and maintain server and network infrastructure.
• Offer operational support for SAP architectures.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure provisioning, configuration, and security.
• Ensure infrastructure stability during product launches.
• Mentor and train staff, improve processes for better service.
• Document and sustain daily operations and new service integration.
• Promote service quality via repeatable processes.
• Monitor alerts, tickets, and processes for timely completion.
• Communicate policy changes to the team.
• Recommend improvements to senior management.
• Meet service levels as set by management.
• Provide guidance to keep project services highly available and efficient.
• Address business needs by evaluating tech options and vendors.
• Analyze outages to prevent future issues.
• Collaborate with providers to enhance end-user experience.
• Manage major outages through ITIL processes.
• Share knowledge via presentations to the team.
• Maintain broad infrastructure expertise including security.
