Job summary

Yallo Talent is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant for a permanent role in Riyadh. The candidate will bring 5+ years of SF BIB/EC and SAP HCM Payroll expertise and contribute to hybrid EC & S4 HANA projects.

Responsibilities include configuration, implementation, upgrades, enhancements, troubleshooting, and strong stakeholder communication. Prior consulting experience and hands-on field mapping between EC and SAP HCM are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SF BIB/EC and SAP HCM Payroll experience.
• 2+ end-to-end EC & S4 HANA implementation projects in hybrid model.
• Configuration, implementation, upgrade, enhancements and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on EC configuration and SAP HCM Payroll configuration.
• Strong mapping between EC and SAP HCM at field level.
• Involved in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors EC & S4 HANA Payroll projects.
• Consulting experience and strong stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Job Role: SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant

Job Type: Permanent

Job Requirements:

• 1. Must have more than 5 years of experience in SF BIB (Business Integration Builder) or EC (Employee Central) & SAP HCM Payroll module.
• 2. Must have at least 2 end to end project implementation experience in hybrid model EC & S4 HANA
• 3. Candidate should be aware of configuration, implementation, upgradation, enhancement and troubleshooting.
• 4. Candidate should have good technical skills in ABAP & CPI integration.
• 5. Must have good understanding EC configuration and SAP HCM Payroll configuration.
• 6. Must have hands on experience field level mapping between EC & SAP HCM
• 7. Involved in end-to-end implementation project of SuccessFactors EC & S4 HANA Payroll
• 8. Ability to handle BIB mapping and working closely with EC & Payroll consultants.
• 9. Previous consulting experience is mandatory
• 10. Strong stakeholder management experience
• 11. Must have good communication/documentation skills
