Job summary

The Emirates Group in Riyadh is seeking a senior Sales Support and Commercial Governance professional to lead a centralized sales support unit. You will coordinate pricing, market intelligence, and performance reporting to drive revenue and achieve targets while ensuring seamless customer interactions across agencies, groups, and corporate accounts.

You will oversee forecasting, KPI dashboards, and governance processes, with potential rotations across Saudi locations.

Qualifications

Experience with airline industry procedures and methodologies.
Extensive knowledge of CRS/MARS/Galileo systems and CRM tools.
Understanding of fares, inventory and ticketing in airline context.

Responsibilities

Manage a central sales support unit to ensure high-quality customer experience in all sales activities related to agencies, groups and general sales support.
Coordinate quarterly business reviews across KSA to support corporate, ensuring timely preparation, analysis and action plans.
Monitor and improve sales support activities and procedures; lead the team to achieve targets.
Develop and maintain commercial KPI dashboards and performance scorecards; provide actionable insights.
Support tenders, RFPs, corporate proposals and strategic commercial opportunities across KSA.
Drive automation of reporting and standardization of processes to improve efficiency.
