Qualifications

• 1–3 years of field sales experience in FMCG / cleaning products.
• Saudi Eastern Province market experience is preferred.
• Based in Dammam or willing to relocate with coverage of the Eastern Province.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to acquire new customers.
• Promote and sell cleaning and detergent products within territory.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
• Follow up on collections and outstanding payments.

Job Summary

We are seeking 3 energetic Field Sales Representatives to join a trading and distribution company based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on selling and distributing cleaning materials to B2B customers within the Eastern Province. The ideal candidates are aggressive sales performers with strong field experience, communication skills, and the ability to build and expand customer networks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct daily field visits to acquire new customers
2. Promote and sell cleaning and detergent products within assigned territory
3. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
4. Build strong long-term relationships with clients
5. Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
6. Follow up on collections and outstanding payments
7. Provide regular sales reports and market feedback
8. Monitor competitor activities and pricing trends
9. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse for timely delivery

Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales experience (Field Sales preferred). FMCG / Cleaning Products /
• Distribution is a strong advantage. Saudi market – Eastern Province experience preferred.
• Language: Arabic: Not Mandatory. English: Basic to intermediate preferred.
• Based in Dammam or willing to relocate. Must cover Eastern Province field visits.

General requirements

Compensation & Benefits

Gross: 3700 SAR – 5000 SAR; this includes basic salary, accommodation & transportation
