The Sales Expansion Executive is responsible for managing expansion sales requests from existing customers while driving upselling and cross‑selling opportunities. This role ensures that expansion deals are efficiently processed while maximizing revenue through additional product sales. Since expansion revenue is typically self‑driven by customer requests, the executive focuses on enhancing deal value by strategically including upsell and cross‑sell products.
