Role Description

The Sales Designer role at Creative Closets is a full-time, on-site position based in Saudi. This role involves meeting with clients to understand their storage needs, lifestyle, and aesthetic preferences, and translating those requirements into custom closet designs and related solutions. The Sales Designer prepares design proposals, including layouts, material selections, and pricing, and presents them to clients in a clear and persuasive manner. Daily responsibilities include managing client appointments, providing professional consultations, handling follow-ups, and guiding clients through the sales process from initial inquiry to closing the sale. The role also requires coordination with the design and installation teams to ensure accurate measurements, seamless project execution, and high levels of customer satisfaction, while maintaining product knowledge and staying current with interior design and market trends.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and present design solutions clearly.
• Proficiency in Interior Design and Kitchen & Bath Design or related space-planning disciplines, with an eye for aesthetics, color, and functionality.
• Demonstrated Sales abilities, including consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills in a retail or design-focused environment.
• Comfort working with design tools or software (e.g., CAD or similar design applications) and basic proficiency in MS Office or equivalent.
• Ability to read floor plans, take accurate measurements on-site, and convert client requirements into practical, buildable designs.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Previous experience in interior design, home furnishings, or building materials is preferred; experience in premium or luxury segments is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is beneficial, though equivalent practical experience will be considered.
• Comfort working on-site with clients in Lahore, with the flexibility to work standard retail or showroom hours as needed.
