Job summary

Sealy Mattress Middle East is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on luxury residential and hospitality spaces, translating brand standards into innovative interiors and coordinating with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Interior Design or Interior Architecture, 3+ years of portfolio-backed experience in home and hotel projects, and proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max / V-Ray, SketchUp, and Adobe

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Design & Conceptualization: Create innovative, upscale design concepts for high-end residential projects and luxury hospitality/hotel environments.
• Space Planning: Develop detailed space plans, layouts, and furniture arrangements that maximize aesthetics, comfort, and functionality.
• Material & Product Selection: Select and specify high-quality finishes, color palettes, lighting, textiles, and premium furnishings, integrating Sealy’s luxury sleep products.
• Client Engagement: Meet with corporate clients, hotel developers, and premium retail customers to present design proposals, mood boards, and 3D renderings.
• Project Management: Oversee interior projects from initial brief to final handover; collaborate to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Technical Documentation: Produce comprehensive working drawings, construction details, and material specs using standard design software.

This role is exclusively open to Saudi Nationals who possess a passion for luxury home and hospitality spaces. You will design, coordinate, and execute premium interior environments that elevate the Sealy brand across the region.

Job Overview

• Position: Interior Designer

• Nationality Requirement: Saudi National (Mandatory due to Saudization compliance)
• Experience Level: Minimum 3 years of professional experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Conceptualization: Create innovative, upscale design concepts for high-end residential projects and luxury hospitality/hotel environments.
• Space Planning: Develop detailed space plans, layouts, and furniture arrangements that maximize aesthetics, comfort, and functionality.
• Material & Product Selection: Select and specify high-quality finishes, color palettes, lighting, textiles, and premium furnishings, seamlessly integrating Sealy’s luxury sleep products into overall design concepts.
• Client Engagement: Meet with corporate clients, hotel developers, and premium retail customers to present design proposals, mood boards, and 3D renderings.
• Project Management: Oversee interior projects from initial brief to final handover. Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Valid Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited university.
• Experience: At least 3 years of proven, portfolio-backed experience specializing in both home (residential) and hotel (hospitality) interior design.
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard design tools including AutoCAD, 3ds Max / V-Ray, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
• Language Skills: Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken), with strong professional presentation skills.
