About the Role

We are looking for a talented, hands‑on Kitchen Sales & Designer to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will design functional, aesthetically appealing kitchen layouts while driving the sales process from concept to close. You will collaborate closely with customers, understand their needs, and create designs that match their lifestyle and preferred style themes, while complying with all safety and building standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand the intended use, functions, and design preferences of their kitchen space.
• Create detailed kitchen blueprints, designs, and layout proposals.
• Present design concepts and solutions that align with the client’s style, budget, and functional needs.
• Recommend suitable materials, finishes, appliances, and accessories.
• Ensure all designs adhere to relevant building and safety codes throughout each project phase.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of materials and offerings.
• Utilize 2020 Design software (or equivalent) to produce accurate plans and renderings.
• Manage the full sales cycle — from showroom consultation to closing the sale.
• Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to maximize satisfaction and referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, or Engineering (mandatory)
• Proven kitchen design and sales experience (2+ years preferred; sales engineering experience prioritized; design training provided)
• Strong proficiency with 2020 Design or equivalent interior design software
• Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills; creative mindset; strong attention to detail and layout planning
• Understanding of building, safety, and design regulations
• Ability to work across multiple showroom locations and manage client schedules
