NES Fircroft seeks a Safety Trainer-SMP with Saudi Aramco to deliver specialized safety training on-site in Dhahran. The role requires strong expertise in safety and emergency procedures, plus fluency in Arabic and English for effective delivery to diverse teams.

The candidate should have Oil & Gas experience and relevant certifications, with a focus on maintaining compliance, improving safety practices, and supporting energy-transition initiatives within critical projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety and health or Environment is required; or an associate diploma in safety training.
• Expansive Safety training experience in Oil & Gas; knowledge of petrochemical industry preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; strong communication and training delivery skills.
• Experience implementing safety and emergency procedures and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Safety Trainer-SMP programs with Saudi Aramco on-site.
• Assess training needs and develop targeted safety modules.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and communicate emergency procedures and incident responses.

Job Requirements

Training Specialist - Safety Trainer

Language Proficiency:

Fluency in both spoken and written Arabic and English

Minimum score requirements:

IELTS: 6.0

TOEFL: 60

Paper-Based: 498

Computer-Based: 171

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in safety and health or Environment, OR Associate Degree or two-year Diploma in Industrial Safety or Safety Training

Expat without Degree: High School or Vocational School Diploma in Industrial Safety or Safety Training

Preferred skills

• Experience in Oil & Gas
• Knowledge of Petrochemical industry
• Expertise in Safety and Emergency procedures
• Understanding Sociology, Health, and Environment
• Familiarity with Environmental Standards

Preferred certificate

OSHA, NEBOSH, and NSC

Work Experience
