Job summary

Saudi Aramco seeks a Management and Professional Trainer to join the Leadership Development Division of the Management & Professional Development Department. The role focuses on delivering higher-level management training, both in-person and virtual, to division heads, supervisors, and professionals.

You will facilitate sessions, stay current on leadership skills, and collaborate with peers to develop new content and materials, while enhancing training with digital tools and interactive learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from a recognized and approved program; Master degree preferred.
• 6–10 years of experience delivering training focused on leadership, management and professional development.
• Experience preparing a classroom learning environment and conducting training for 5–100 participants.
• Proven workshop facilitator delivering leadership, management and supervisory knowledge and skills.
• Experience facilitating both in-person and virtual workshops.
• Experience using emerging learning technologies to enhance the learning environment.
• Ability to prepare a training classroom environment and conduct/evaluate courses.
• Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships at different levels in the organization and manage a classroom during training.
• 3–5 years supervising teams or leading large projects.

Overview

We are seeking a Management and Professional Trainer to join the Leadership Development Division (LDD) of Management & Professional Development Department (M&PDD).

LDD is responsible for providing employees with experiences encouraging the learning and immediate application of leadership skills and capabilities linked to business needs.

Your primary role is to serve as a facilitator to division heads, unit heads, supervisors, and professional employees in the areas of leadership, management, and supervisory training with primary responsibility for conducting higher level management training courses (in-person and virtual) and other training experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities

As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:

• Present structured content in a way that inspires participants toward greatness.
• Conduct leadership, management, and supervisory courses and learning content (in person and virtually).
• Continually gain up-to-date knowledge on leadership, management, and supervisory soft skills.
• Collaborate with other learning professionals in the development of new course material.
• Review curriculum and make recommendations on utilizing state-of-the-art training aids and techniques, including digital and interactive training systems.
• Assist in other divisional activities either directly or indirectly related to divisional training.
• Conduct classroom training and assist in field training activities.
• Consistently practices proven characteristics of effective teaming.

Minimum Requirements

As the successful candidate you will hold a

• Bachelor degree from a recognized and approved program.
• Master degree is preferred.
• Have 6 to 10 years of experience in the delivery of training programs focused on leadership, management, and professional development.
• Have experience in preparing a classroom learning environment and conducting training for 5 to 100 participants.
• Have proven experience as a workshop facilitator delivering leadership, management, and supervisory knowledge and skills.
• Have experience facilitating both in-person and virtual workshops.
• Have experience using emerging learning technologies to enhance the learning environment.
• Able to prepare a training classroom environment as well as conduct and evaluate courses.
• Have strong ability to develop and maintain relationships at different levels within the organization and expert ability to effectively manage a classroom environment during training.
• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in supervising teams or leading large projects

Additional Skills:

• Have experience using multiple virtual delivery platforms and their tools.
• Have experience using engaging tools and technologies in a learning environment, including content creation on these mediums. This includes, but is not limited to, simulations and virtual models.
• Have experience with the instructional design of leadership workshops and the corresponding documents to support the learner, including interactive digital participant guides.
• Build experience through continuous research of industry channels for developments in learning and identify practices and technologies appropriate to the organization’s needs.
