Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Security Management, Risk Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Safety, Security, Risk Management, or Hotel Operations, preferably in hospitality.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations, fire and life safety systems, and emergency procedures.
• Health & Safety certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Strong observation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities to identify safety hazards and potential risks.
• Monitor compliance with hotel safety policies, fire and life safety procedures, and local regulatory requirements.
• Assist in responding to emergencies, including fire alarms, medical incidents, accidents, and security-related events.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and document findings accurately.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend corrective and preventive actions to minimize operational risks.
• Monitor fire protection equipment, emergency exits, safety signage, and other life safety systems.
• Support emergency drills, evacuation exercises, and safety awareness initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and safety compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Security Management, Risk Management, or a related field.
