Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) seeks an Equipment Supervisor to lead on-site lifting and heavy equipment operations in our oil and gas maintenance projects in Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate a lifting team, supervise heavy equipment crews, and ensure safe, compliant execution under contract terms.

The role requires strong leadership, proactive safety mindset, and excellent communication in a multi-cultural environment, with flexibility to travel internationally and reside in KSA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities.
• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills with large organizations.
• Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems.
• Strategic management skills.
• An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment.
• Flexibility to travel internationally and live in KSA.
